Buckland has authored or co-edited five books, several book chapters, many peer-reviewed articles, and several policy reports. He has completed a number of research contracts for several federal and Manitoba government departments, made numerous presentations in academic and popular forums, and interviewed by major media outlets such as CBC and the Globe and Mail. Buckland has had a long standing connection to Manitoba’s Public Interest Law Centre.
